We normally reply to email within 2 business days; privacy and personal-data requests within 15 business days.

2. What to include in a report

which version you use (web / Windows / macOS / Linux / Android) and its version number;
camera and lens model, and the photo format (JPEG / HEIC / RAW);
the template and the step where the problem appears, ideally with a screenshot; if you share a sample photo, make sure it holds nothing you would rather keep private.

3. Frequently asked questions

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Everything is processed on your device; see the privacy policy.

How do I turn off the anonymous counters?

Switch off "Anonymous usage statistics" in the "Support Mark" dialog. After clearing the site's or app's data you need to switch it off again.

Do exported photos still carry location?

GPS is removed from EXIF, but a JPEG's XMP metadata is kept as it is, so a location written into XMP may remain. See "Location data on export" in the privacy policy.

Do I have to pay?

No. Mark is free; tips are voluntary and unlock nothing.
