光轴脚本 LCT 账号删除说明
本页说明如何注销（删除）你在光轴脚本 LCT 中注册的 Lenscript 账号、删除的生效过程，以及哪些数据会被删除或保留。 数据处理的完整说明见隐私政策，使用规则见服务条款。
一、在 App 内申请注销（推荐路径）
- 打开 Lenscript，进入「我的 → 账号」。
- 点按「申请注销」，按提示二次确认。
- 确认后（App 内使用当前登录状态，无需再次输入密码），账号进入注销冷静期（15 天）：现有登录会话随即失效；账号页会显示预计完成注销的具体日期。
Google Play 订阅：如通过 Google Play 订阅，请先到Google Play 订阅中心取消续费。卸载应用或注销 Lenscript 账号不会自动取消 Google Play 订阅。账号注销完成后，本服务保存的购买令牌、订阅核验记录及购买账号关联会删除；这不等于取消订阅或删除 Google 保存的交易记录，Google 对其记录的处理适用自身政策。
二、冷静期与取消
- 冷静期内你可以在 App 的账号页取消注销；数据不受影响。
- 冷静期结束后自动处理账号注销，不可恢复；独立投稿清理可能稍后完成，见下文范围。
- 冷静期当前配置为 15 天；以 App 内显示的具体截止日期为准。
三、注销完成后：删除与保留的数据
服务器端将删除：
- 若有的历史云同步数据（当前版本不提供自动云同步）；
- 全部登录会话；
- 同步进度等账号关联的技术记录、反馈、权益、用量记录及可归因的审核私有备注。
- 可归因于账号 ID 或邮箱的一次性散列防滥用计数会立即删除；无法可靠归因的共享 IP 散列计数会在当前配置的 7 天内自动删除。
身份处理：邮箱地址和登录凭据会改写为无法还原、无法再登录的占位值。
地点投稿及同意记录：账号注销时会建立持久清理任务，删除你的投稿正文、账号关联、同意回执、仅源自本人投稿的独占发布/修订/采集记录和相关审核私有备注。托管的同意回执文件也会清理。此流程独立执行，故障自动重试，服务重启或账号已注销都不会让任务丢失；账号注销完成不代表独立投稿清理已同时完成。
社区内容与社区媒体（当前版本未开放社区功能，以下于社区开放后适用）：你发布的社区帖子、评论及其引用的社区媒体，与地点投稿走同一条持久清理任务：本人投稿、同意回执、仅源自本人投稿的独占衍生记录及可归因的审核私有备注会自动删除，故障自动重试。社区帖子与评论没有固定保留期限，在你删除该帖或本清理任务完成前一直保留；发布流程中的临时上传按 24 小时有效期设计。涉及他人共同内容、共用对象或外部留存材料的部分按下一段处理。社区内容的收集范围见隐私政策第 10 节。
仍需人工处理的情况：与他人共用的衍生内容或对象需先人工核验、拆分，外部留存材料需确认实际清理，任务在此之前保持待处理，不会误删他人的独立内容或宣称全部完成。我们不能远程保证他人已下载副本的删除。你可通过支持页面提供投稿编号咨询；提交支持请求不等于清理完成。
公开讨论及安全记录的保留：公开社区投影会隐藏原账号 UUID。为安全、防滥用、争议处理和法定义务，最小安全审计、删除账本及防止已删除投稿被重新写入的记录可长期保留不可登录的稳定技术账号标识；其中没有有效邮箱或凭据，且没有固定的自动删除期限。用户在帖子、评论、举报或申诉中自行填写的正文仍可能识别本人。若希望移除公开帖子或评论，请通过支持页面按内容 ID 逐条提出请求；法律必须保留的内容除外。
设备本地数据不受注销影响：注销删除的是服务器侧数据。要删除设备上的本地数据， 请在系统设置中清除本应用数据，或直接卸载应用。
本页不统计你的访问：/privacy、/account-deletion 与 /support 三个商店合规页不加载任何统计脚本；站内其它网页使用我们自建的第一方计数服务 markstats.lenscript.cn（GoatCounter），说明见隐私政策第 9 节。
四、网页提交注销申请
若无法通过 App 操作，也可以在本页下方使用注册邮箱和密码提交申请。为保护账号安全， 我们不会区分邮箱不存在与密码错误；新申请和仍在冷静期的申请均会统一受理。请仅在你信任的设备上操作。
如果你无法访问账号邮箱或忘记密码，请使用支持页面提交问题供审核。支持请求不会绕过身份核验，也不保证能够完成删除；若无法提供可验证信息，可能无法处理。请勿在支持请求中发送密码。

Delete your LCT account
This page explains how to delete the Lenscript account you registered in LCT, how deletion takes effect, and which data is deleted or kept. For full details on data handling, see the privacy policy; the rules for using the app are in the terms of service.
1. Request deletion in the app (recommended)
- Open Lenscript and go to Me → Account.
- Tap Request deletion and confirm.
- Once you confirm (the app uses your current sign-in, so no password is asked again), your account enters a 15-day cooling-off period: existing sign-in sessions are revoked, and the account page shows the exact date deletion will complete.
Google Play subscriptions: If you subscribe through Google Play, cancel renewal in the Google Play subscription center first. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Lenscript account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Completed account deletion removes the purchase tokens, subscription verification records, and purchase-account associations stored by our service. This does not cancel the subscription or delete transaction records held by Google, which handles its records under its own policies.
2. Cooling-off period and cancelling
- You can cancel deletion from the account page in the app during the cooling-off period; your data is unaffected.
- After the period ends, account deletion is processed automatically and is irreversible; independent submission cleanup may finish later, as explained below.
- The period is currently configured as 15 days; the exact deadline shown in the app is authoritative.
3. After deletion completes: what is deleted or kept
Deleted on the server:
- Any historical cloud-synced data (automatic cloud sync is unavailable in this version);
- All sign-in sessions;
- Account-linked technical records such as sync progress, feedback, entitlements, usage records and attributable private review notes.
- Short-lived, one-way-hashed abuse-control counters attributable to your account ID or email; shared IP-hash counters that cannot reliably be attributed to an account are automatically deleted within the current 7-day configuration.
Identity handling: your email address and credentials are rewritten to unrecoverable placeholder values that can never sign in again.
Place submissions and consent records: account deletion creates a durable cleanup task for your submitted content, account association, consent receipts, publication/revision/capture records derived only from your submissions, and related private review notes. Managed consent-receipt files are also removed. This runs independently, retries automatically on failure and survives service restarts or an already-deleted account; account deletion does not mean independent submission cleanup has finished at the same time.
Community content and community media: The community feature is not available in the current version; once it opens, the posts and comments you published, and the community media they reference, follow the same durable cleanup task as place submissions: your own submissions, consent receipts, records derived only from your submissions and attributable private review notes are deleted automatically, with automatic retries on failure. Community posts and comments have no fixed retention period: they are kept until you delete the post or that cleanup task completes, and a temporary upload inside the publishing flow is designed to be valid for 24 hours. Anything involving other people is handled as described in the next paragraph. What the community collects is described in section 2.10 of the privacy policy.
Cases requiring manual review: derived content or objects shared with others require review and separation; externally retained materials require confirmation of actual cleanup. The task stays pending until then, rather than deleting another person’s independent content or claiming completion. We cannot remotely guarantee deletion of copies others have downloaded. Use the support page with the submission ID for help; submitting a support request does not mean cleanup has completed.
Retained public-discussion and security records: public community projections hide the original account UUID. For security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and legal duties, minimal security audit events, the deletion ledger and records preventing erased submissions from being written again may retain a stable technical account identifier that cannot sign in; it has no valid email or credential and no fixed automatic deletion period. Text a person chose to enter in a post, comment, report, or appeal may still identify that person. To request removal of a public post or comment, use the support page with its content ID; content that must be retained by law is excepted.
On-device data is not affected: account deletion removes server-side data. To remove local data, clear the app’s data in system settings or uninstall the app.
This page does not count your visit: the three store-compliance pages (/privacy, /account-deletion and /support) load no statistics script. Other pages on this site report to our own first-party counter, markstats.lenscript.cn (GoatCounter), as described in section 2.9 of the privacy policy.
4. Submit a deletion request on the web
If you cannot use the app, you may submit a request below with the email and password for your account. To protect account security, this page does not distinguish an unknown email from a wrong password; new and pending deletion requests are accepted uniformly. Use only a device you trust.
If you cannot access your account email or have forgotten your password, use the support page to submit the issue for review. A support request does not bypass identity verification and does not guarantee that deletion can be completed; without verifiable information, we may be unable to process it. Do not include your password in a support request.
You can also email donaldkuke@gmail.com for help with account deletion. Sending an email does not mean your account has been deleted; requests still require identity verification. Do not email passwords, verification codes, or tokens.
